Bermuda’s
Grief & Loss Awareness Day is an annual national observance founded
by the Gina Spence Program (GSP) to acknowledge the often unseen and
unspoken effects of grief and loss within our community. Held on the
first Friday of March, the day brings together individuals, families,
schools, workplaces, and organisations to promote awareness, compassion,
and collective healing across Bermuda.
Grief & Loss Awareness Day in Bermuda creates space for reflection,
conversation, and support, reminding individuals and families that they
are not alone in navigating loss.
All
funds raised directly subsidize and offset the cost of counselling
services, grief and loss workshops, and community awareness initiatives
across Bermuda.
